Shipping

● We ship to all of Puerto Rico, the United States, and select international countries.
● Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days for deliveries within Puerto Rico and the U.S.
● For international orders, shipping may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and method selected.

Taxes

● Orders placed with a shipping address in Puerto Rico will include an 11.5% Sales and Use Tax (IVU), which is automatically added during the checkout process.
● Orders from other states or countries will be subject to the tax laws applicable to their jurisdiction, as determined by our payment platform.

Returns

● Due to the nature of our product (consumable food), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
● If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate solution.
